Kochen für Faule / Cooking for Lazy People

So lautet der Titel des Kochbuchs, das meine Tochter von meinen Eltern zu Weihnachten bekommen hat. Es sind sehr schöne und einfache Rezepte darin und wir haben meine Tochter ermuntert, sich jeden Sonntag den sie mit uns verbringt, ein Rezept auszusuchen und nachzukochen, da sie mit unseren Vorschlägen meistens sowieso nicht einverstanden ist - zu viel Gemüse, zu gesund, kein Fleisch.

Also gab es heute einen Hackbraten mit Gorgonzola mit Kartoffelpüree und danach einen herrlichen Nachtisch aus Zartbitterschokolade, Sahne und Krokant. Der Hackbraten schmeckte uns ganz ausgezeichnet, meiner Tochter war der Gorgonzola-Geschmack nicht ganz geheuer. Den Nachtisch war fantastisch, wir haben ihn aber nicht mehr aufessen können - außer DH natürlich.

Ich danke meiner Tochter für die alleinige Zubereitung des Hackbratens und des Nachtisches - es war super lecker! Ich bin schon gespannt, was es nächsten Sonntag geben wird.

This is the title of a cooking book my daughter had received from my parents for Christmas. It containers very good and simple recipes and we have encouraged my daughter to pick a recipe and cook our meal on every Sunday that she spends with us, as she is not always satisfied with our proposals - too many vegetables, far too healthy, no meat.

For today, she picked a meat loaf with gorgonzola cheese with mashed potatoes and a wonderful dessert consisting of plain chocolate, cream and peanut brittle. The meat loaf was delicious but my daughter could not get used to the flavour of gorgonzola. The dessert was fantastic and we were unable to finish it - with the exception of DH of course.
