Gestern Abend mußte ich aber schnell noch Gas geben, um die Babydecke fertig zu stricken (denn eigentlich sollte das Baby ja erst nach dem 6.10. geboren werden). Also schnell noch 5 cm gestrickt, gewaschen und über Nacht gespannt. Heute morgen die Fäden vernäht und heute nachmittag dem Baby übergeben.

It took me a late night knitting session in order to complete the baby blanket (the baby was not due before October 6th). I had to knit another 5 cm, machine washed and blocked it overnight. I sewed up the threads this morning and gave the blanket to the baby this afternoon.
