Seit Wochen träume ich schon davon: selbstgebackenes, ofenfrisches, knuspriges Brot.
.Im Wunderkessel habe ich ein gutes Rezept gefunden und heute morgen habe ich es einfach ausprobiert. Und es war wie im Traum: frisch, knusprig, warm und extrem gut.

Sogar meine Tochter, die sonst ein Vollkornbrot nicht ansehen würde, hat davon gegessen. Es beinhaltet: Dinkelmehl, Sesam- und Sonnenblumenkörner. Und Hefe und Wasser, Salz. Mehr nicht.

Heute morgen beim Frühstück war es noch warm und bröckelig, nachmittags konnte man schon dünnere und feste Scheiben abschneiden. Morgen backe ich noch eins.

I've been dreaming of this for weeks: selfmade, fresh from the oven, crusty bread.

I found an easy recipe in the Wunderkessel and finally tried it out this morning. And it was a dream come true: fresh, crusty, warm and extremely good.

Even my daughter, who would not even look at a whole-grain bread, ate it. It contains: spelt flour, sesame and sunflower seeds. And yeast and water, salt. Not more than that.
.
This morning at breakfast it was still warm and crumbly, in the afternoon I could cut it in smaller and firmer slices. Tomorrow I'll bake another one.
