Entspannter Samstag / relaxed Saturday

Last night DH and I went to a birthday party but we were so tired that we had to leave shortly before 11 pm. DH had to get up early this morning and I granted myself the luxury of breakfast in bed together with my laptop, coffee and toast and to get the day started in the most relaxed atmosphere.

Afterwards I went to the food market in Schwerte and bought some fresh asparagus and the most beautiful new potatoes. Our tonight's dinner was a feast: potatoes, Parma prosciutto and asparagus pure, with butter only. And a (Australian) South African Southern Cross Chardonnay.

We both work in Schwerte and I have lived there for a couple of years. I know the market well and think it's more "intimate" than the big market in Dortmund. When I did my shopping today I regretted not having taken my camera with me. Next time!
