DH hatte vorgeschlagen, in den Münster Zoo zu fahren. Gesagt getan und es wurde ein schöner Nachmittag. Gleich bei den Kattas sind wir hängengeblieben und später bei den anderen Affen, den Pinguinen und den vielen Storchennestern. Am Anfang war das Wetter noch recht schön, später hat es mehr oder weniger geregnet.

DH suggested to visit the Münster Zoo today and that's what we did. It was a nice afternoon. We got stuck with the lemurs at first and then with all the apes / monkeys, the penguins and the many stork nests. The weather was quite nice at the beginning but it started to rain later in the afternoon.

London Zoo- £17.00 entry, not cheap. Zoos are for people with kids, school trips and of course the new formed or rekindling of partnerships. Well, you've now given me an idea, I shall try and go it alone.
AntwortenLöschenNot cheap indeed. We paid € 27,50 for the 2 of us, incl. parking ticket. Imagine taking 2 kids along. LOL at the statement that Zoos are for people with kids: my DH is a kid at heart (as are most men? :-))
